Real Estate Business Resources, Inc., the Business Support Unit of the Kansas Association of REALTORS® has partnered with LeadRouter LLC, to provide Do Not Call Sentry™, a program to protect REALTORS® against the dangers of being charged for violating the federal Do-Not-Call regulations. The program includes fast, easy-to-use lookup tools for checking numbers against the do-not-call lists, PLUS the documentation and reporting you need to comply with the law’s “safe harbor” provisions.
Do Not Call Sentry™ is a tool designed specifically for real estate that helps you simply and inexpensively comply with the federal do-not-call regulations and take advantage of the law’s safe harbor protection. Users can access the application from any online connection, including dial-up.
Your monthly subscription gives your company everything you need:

Broker peace of mind
In the event of a consumer complaint alleging an unlawful call, Broker has immediate access to the entire system history for any phone number, including when that number was checked, and by whom, and the results returned to the agent at that time. Broker can also see any local do-not-call requests or claimed exemptions logged for that number.
Policy and Training
Do Not Call Sentry™ provides assistance to company administrators in registering their firm with the FTC. The assistance includes illustrated step-by-step instructions online and telephone assistance as needed. Training of the company administrator is completed during the company setup telephone call and supported by online help screens.
Do Not Call Sentry™ incorporates an online user training function which covers the basic requirements of the federal do-not-call rules along with specific use of the system, and delivery of the company’s written do-not-call policy. User training typically takes less than 5 minutes.
What does it cost?
Real Estate Business Resources, Inc. has negotiated a preferred subscription rate and is giving its customers a discount of 20% or more off the regular price.
You can protect your firm against the huge do-not-call fines for just 80¢ per user per month, subject to a minimum monthly fee of $10 per company. It is a month-to-month subscription with no setup fee, and you may cancel at any time.
Are there any other fees?
You will be required to register with the Federal Trade Commission for access to the National Do-Not-Call Registry. That registration is free for up to five telephone area codes and Do Not Call Sentry™ will provide you with instructions for doing so. While those who need to check numbers in more than five area codes will have to pay the FTC $25 per year for each additional area code, there are no extra charges from Do Not Call Sentry™.

Do Not Call Sentry™ is warranted to report accurately whether checked phone numbers appear on the National Do-Not-Call Registry and/or the company’s own do-not-call list as maintained within Do Not Call Sentry™; and whether a prior business exemption has been claimed for such number. We further warrant that the National Do-Not-Call Registry and the company-specific do-not-call lists will be current as defined by the then applicable federal regulations.
